The second batch of Rassvet-3 satellites for Bureau 1440. This launch was previously postponed to the second half of June and then to July and include 16 satellites just like the previous batch. Bureau 1440 reported that the Soyuz-2.1b succefully launched the second group of the satellites for the Rassvet-3 high speed internet constellation last night on July 19, 2026 Moscow time from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome. The satellites are currently tested on orbit and soon will commence regular operation. More details to follow.
