The Soyuz-2 rocket will launch from the Plesetsk Cosmodrome with an unconfirmed payload. It has been suggested that the payload will be Meridian-M n°21L new generation communication satellite of dual purpose: civilian and military that was delayed several years headed for the Molniya orbit.
