Kosmos (GLONASS-K1 No. 19):
A further satellite for the Russian navigation constellation for dual purposes: civilian and military, comparable to the American GPS and the European Galileo systems.
According to issued NOTAMs (Notice to Airmen) the launch of next GLONASS navigation satellite is planed for July 17-23, 2026 around the same time as the next batch of 16 Rassvet-3 internet satellites.
